THE BRIEF—
The Pinnacle Programme wanted to connect alumni, recent graduates and prospective students of the programme with principal sponsor Hyundai's "Future Positive" campaign. To do that, we produced a journal-style annual magazine, the third volume of which will be published in 2026.

APPROACH—
A premium 116-page magazine printed on 120gsm paper with beautiful design values, the Annual features editorial-style photography and stories by some of Aotearoa's best writers and photographers. Split elegantly into three parts with sections on alumni, graduates and Hyundai, the design featured lots of white space and a journal-style feel, with subtle integreation of colour and gentle nods to Hyundai. A mixture of coated and uncoated paper stock adds to the reader experience.

RESULTS—
The magazine has been warmly received by its featured rangatahi and their parents in particular for bringing a positive, elegant lens to their endeavours. In one survey, 84 percent of readers reflected positively on the Annual.
